Charting Search, Filtering
Updates
Hidden windows now display in Early Access when users toggle this on in charting filters.
- Hidden windows are configured in System Configuration > Assessments > (Select Assessment) > Windows.
- When "Hidden" is toggled on within System Configuration (see bullet point above), any scores added to the windows do not display by default on charts and data walls. To see data for hidden windows display on charts and data walls, Select Filters > Assessment > Toggle on "Include Hidden Windows" (see video above).

Learning Community
New
A new course, Add Demographic Data, has been added to the Learning Community. This course focuses on creating and managing additional demographics within eduCLIMBER. While this is part of the System Administrator pathway, know that all users can access the course within the eduCLIMBER catalog (Early Access).
Course Name: Add Demographic Data
Course Description: Demographics are stored and displayed in eduCLIMBER. Additional demographics added can display on the Student Profile and on Data walls. They can also be used to filter data on the district/grade/class tabs, Program Evaluation, Thresholds, and Incidents. While additional demographic data are typically added to the Student Information System (SIS), many are not automated with the sync from the SIS to eduCLIMBER. Therefore, districts can choose to add any additional demographic data to eduCLIMBER via automated upload, manual upload, or custom creation within the system.
Access Learning Community course descriptions and information by visiting the Learning Community pathways articles. Select any pathway to see the courses available.
The Learning Community is a paid subscription and access is limited. Check with your System Administrator to see if seats are available.
