Users have the option of viewing or, depending on the data type, managing student data within a singular card on the Student Profile. This is beneficial when determining the basis of where an upload issue originally occurred or if data needs to be manually edited. This lesson guides users through accessing the Student Data Card.
Open the Student Data Card
- Go to the Student Profile.
- Enter a name into the search bar to filter the student list.
- Select the student from the list.
- Select Attachments in the Student Information Card.
Navigating the Student Data Card
Student data is held within different tabs of the Student Data Card. Select a tab to view or manage the corresponding information.
Any manually altered data that comes in on a consistent import may be over written by the next data upload. Therefore, if there are any data issues, manually altering the data in eduCLIMBER is a temporary solution and the data must be updated at the vendor level in order to see permanent resolution in eduCLIMBER.
