Email smartFORMS to Guardians
A new feature has been released to all districts allowing users with the appropriate permission to send Student Forms to guardians via email. Under the smartFORMS Student Forms tab, users can select the desired forms, and select Set Up Guardian Emails in the bulk action bar. Users are then guided through the setup process to send those forms to the linked students' guardians.
Selected guardians receive a secure, automated email, where they can view the linked smartFORM documents after answering security questions regarding their student. If included in the user setup, guardians can also be prompted to notify the district that they have reviewed the sent documents.

The new Emails to Guardians tab has been added to the smartFORMS landing page, allowing permissioned users to view a log of the email batches that have been sent to guardians, and relevant details.
When viewing email batch details, users can see relevant statistics, including number of emails sent, emails successfully delivered, emails not received, guardians that have responded, and emails without response, as applicable. Users can further utilize detailed logs listing emails not received and the associated errors, and emails that have received no response, and can resend selected emails to ensure that all guardians receive the smartFORM documents as intended.
