In this lesson, you will learn to view action tiems and how to mark tasks as complete upon finishing them.
Where to Start
When a task is assigned to a user, that person will receive an email. They can view the details of the task as well as see the status of the task by clicking on Action Items on their dashboard. The total number of tasks assigned to a user will appear in this box on the user’s dashboard.
Tasks
- After clicking the Action Items on the dashboard, you will see your tasks - click a task to see the details.
- When an action item is completed by you, click the check mark to mark it as complete (you can also click the pause button to put the task on hold).
- If no other assignee is attached to the task, you can change the overall status of the task and mark it complete when you are finished with the task.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
