End-of-Year Clean-Up (Classic Interface)

Where to Start 

1. Click Manage > Configuration > Users & Security > Users.
2. Click the check-mark in the “Active” column to deactivate users who have left your district.

Set Accurate End Dates for individual and group academic behavior Interventions  

1. Open the intervention view for any academic/behavior intervention.
2. Click “Edit Plan”.
3. Identify the new/final end date for the intervention.

When end-dates differ...

1. Open the intervention view for any academic/behavior intervention.
2. Click “Edit Plan”.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to see individual students.
4. Double click the end date to change the end date for that one student - this date will be separate from the end date for the rest of the group.

Set Accurate End Dates for Academic Progress Monitoring

1. Access any student’s progress monitoring chart.
2. Click the gear icon and select “Modify Probe”.
3. Identify the date the probe was ended and click save.

Print Intervention Fidelity Reports

1. Access any student’s intervention.
2. Click “Reports”.
3. Identify the student you wish you print a report.
4. Select the “Fidelity Report” tab.
5. Download or print your fidelity report.

Set School Days Off

1. Click Manage > Configuration > Advanced > School Days Off
2. Add any additional school days off your district had that are not yet recorded by clicking “Add”
3. Once all new dates are added, but sure to click “Rebuild Schedules” to ensure your school days off sync with intervention schedules

Upload Final Assessment Data

1.  Click Manage > Uploads > Upload

Set/Check Feeder Schools 

1. Click Manage > Configuration > Advanced > Manage District > Schools
2. Find the school that will have other schools feeding into it
3. Click the first icon in the “Tools” menu
4. Add the schools that will feed into the selected school (for example, the middle school will have the elementary 5th grades feeding into it since the middle school starts at 6th grade)
5. Add the grade that will feed into the selected school
6. Click “Save”
