Data Walls are comprised of academic, incident, attendance, and other student data in table format. Within these tables, users have the option of adding Score Detail columns if they have been added to the Assessment Manager and scores are have been uploaded or entered. Before You Begin
This lesson begins assuming a Data Wall has already been created. If one has not, please take a look at Accessing Data Walls or Custom Data Walls.
Create New Configuration
- Select the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Select Change Score Detail Display.
- Select a Create New Configuration from the list.
- Enter a Configuration Name based on the additional score details.
Best practice is to name the configuration with the assessment name first, then the score detail after. For example “Fast - Accuracy”.
- Use the slider to make this the Default Configuration. This means the configuration would apply to all Data Walls for the selected Assessment Group.
- Use the Assessment Group dropdown menu to select which Assessment Group the Score Detail belongs to. This selection filters the Score Detail dropdown in step 4.
- Use the Score Detail dropdown menu to select which Score Details to display. Multiple Score Details may be selected one at a time.
Not all Assessment Groups have score details. If there is no data for the selected Assessment Group, the Score Detail dropdown menu will display "No data available".
Adding Score Detail Display
- Select the three-dot menu in the top right corner.
- Select Change Score Detail Display.
- Select a Configuration from the list.
After a Configuration is selected, a Score Detail column will be added to the table automatically. If a new column is not added, then there is not any Score Detail data and therefore no new data to display.
