This lesson walks through viewing and completing open incidents in the eduCLIMBER system.
Required Permissions: Access to Incidents data is based on student permissions. Users can view Incidents data for any students the user has permissions to view.
Where to Start
- Select the Incidents navigation tile.
- The Open Incidents widget shows the number incidents that are not marked as “Complete” on the incident form. Select the number of Open Incidents to view further details.
- The Open Incidents window displays each open incident, with the student names, and the date the incidents have been open since. Double select any row to open that incident.
Incident Details
- Once selected, all details of that incident will load. Select Add Response to add further responses.
- Select the Primary checkbox to indicate the primary response.
- Once all adjustments are made and the incident should be closed, select the radio button for Yes, close the incident.
- The Send Follow Up Email popup window appears. Select Yes to send an email to the incident observer and entry user. Select No to send no email notifications.
Save Changes
- Select Save to save any changes made to the incident. Refresh the screen to view the updated Open Incidents, removing any incidents marked as Complete.
