This lesson will guide you through using incident range charts within your eduCLIMBER system.
Where to Start
After running a search for incidents, the Incident Charting page which defaults to the Big Five charts, will automatically load. Toggle to Range Charts using the top left button.
1. The left chart will show the percentage of students with:
- 0-1 incident
- 2-5 incidents
- 6+ incidents
2. The right chart will show the percentage of students with:
- 0 incidents
- 1 incident
- 2-5 incidents
- 6+ incidents
Click any part of these charts to get a list of the students in that range.
Organize the list by clicking the column headers. For example, to organize the information by grade:
- Click Grade once for ascending order,
- Click Grade again for descending
- Click once more to revert back to the original organization.
Tag students by check boxing their row and clicking 'Tag".
Lastly, download a .csv file of this list by clicking the download arrow icon. Adjust your view of the list by clicking the settings icon.
