This lesson will guide you through creating incidents in your eduCLIMBER system.
Where to Start
OR choose the Incidents tab, click the New button located in the upper right corner. Either option will guide you to the following steps.
2. This will open an incident template to add all details of the incident.
Start by adding the student(s) associated with the incident. Add all students during this step or add one now and the rest can be added later.
3. Scroll through the Incident template and fill out all required fields. It's possible that different/additional fields will begin populating depending on the selection from a previous field's drop down menu or checkbox.
4. Click Save and once the save is complete, a message will appear stating "The Incident Has Successfully Been Updated". Once this appears, select the "X" to close the incident.
