Creating an Intervention Monitored by Point Sheet Template is required in order to create a Behavior Intervention for a student. The template acts as the framework of the intervention. This lesson guides users through creating an Intervention Monitored by Point Sheet Template.
Required Permission: Manage Intervention Configuration

An Expectation is a behavior a student should display. Interventions Monitored by Point Sheet require at least one Expectation. Users should create an Expectation bank to select from to add to the intervention Strategy.
- Select Expectations.
Add an Expectation
- Select Add Expectation.
- Select an Expectation from the dropdown.
- Enter a Minimum and Maximum Score that can be given to a student for the Expectation.
- Use the slider to Enforce the Range of the min and max scores. When enabled, scores cannot be entered outside the minimum and maximum scores.
- Use the slider to Require scores for the Expectation. When enabled, the Expectations will automatically be applied when a new intervention is created.
- Use the slider to Include the Expectation score in the Total. When enabled, the Expectation will be part of the total goal. When disabled, the data will display as a bar chart.
- Use the slider to set this Expectation to Active. When Active, the Expectation can be selected when creating an Intervention Monitored by Point Sheet.
- Select Save.
When the Include in Total toggle is set to OFF for an Expectation, that Expectation displays within charts as a bar chart. For example, the Raises hand to speak Expectation above is not included in the total. This option can be helpful when looking for a total number of identified Expectations.
When the Include in Total toggle is set to ON for an Expectation, that Expectation is included as a score within the line graph.
