- Select a Default smartFORM. (Optional) If a smartFORM is selected, every time the Intervention Strategy is used, the selected smartFORM will automatically be attached to the student(s) within the intervention.
Expectation
An Expectation is a behavior a student should display. Interventions Monitored by Point Sheet require at least one Expectation. Users should create an Expectation "bank" to select from to add to the intervention Strategy.
- Select Expectations.
- Select Add Expectation.
- Use the drop-down to select the expectation.
- Enter a minimum and maximum score that can be given to a student for the expectation.
- Use the slider to Enforce the Range of the min and max scores. When enabled, scores cannot be entered outside the minimum and maximum scores.
- Use the slider to Require scores for the expectation. When enabled, the expectations will automatically be applied when a new intervention is created.
- Use the slider to Include the Expectation score in the Total. When enabled, the expectation will be part of the total goal. When disabled, the data will display as a bar chart.

Periods
Periods are when the student will be monitored. Interventions Monitored by Point Sheet require at least one Period. Users should create a period "bank" to select from to add to the intervention Strategy.
- Select Periods.
- Select Add Period.
- Use the dropdown to select a Period.
- Use the slider to Require the Period. When enabled, the Period will automatically be applied in the identified order when a new intervention is created.
- Use the slider to set this expectation to Active. When Active, the Period can be selected when creating an Intervention Monitored by Point Sheet.

Procedures (Optional)
Procedures are items monitored outside of the student's participation within the intervention and outside of the skill identified within the intervention/progress monitoring. While adding procedures to strategies is optional, they add another layer of information to the intervention, thereby, increasing information on the fidelity of the intervention.
- Select Procedures.
- Select Add Procedure.
- Enter a Name for the procedure
- Enter a Description of the procedure
- Select Save.
Attachments (Optional)
Use Attachments for Strategies that have a defined process and/or for Strategies that need additional information. When an Attachment is added to a Strategy, it can be accessed at a group level. This means that the attachment lives within the Strategy and therefore can be accessed within any student's intervention with the selected Strategy.
- Select Attachments.
- Select Add Attachment.
- Select the paperclip icon to open the file browser on your computer
- Enter a name for the attachment
- Upload.
