Required Permission: Manage Intervention Configuration
Where to Start

- Select Interventions.
- Select Strategies.
- Select Monitored by Assessment to view the academic intervention strategies.
- The Monitored by Point Sheet option provides similar features, but focuses on behavioral interventions.

- Select the strategy Skill Area.
- Enter a Strategy Name.
- Enter a Description for the strategy.
- Select Save. The newly created strategy will appear in the Monitored by Assessment list.

- Select Show Inactive Strategies to include both active and inactive strategies in the list.
- Select the desired strategy to edit and customize.
- Select the 3-dot menu and then select Edit to adjust the strategy name and/or skill area.

- Use the Restrict to Schools dropdown to lock the strategy to specific schools.
- If left blank, the strategy will be available for all schools.
- Use the Default smartFORM dropdown to add a smartFORM to the strategy.
- If a form is chosen, that smartFORM will automatically assign to all students who are added to the strategy.
- Select Procedures to add, edit, and/or delete strategy procedures.
- Select Attachments to upload any attachments to the strategy.
- These will appear within the intervention interface.
Procedures

- (Optional) Enter a Description for the procedure.
- Select Save.
- Existing procedures can be customized by selecting the Name field and typing adjustments.
- Select the Description field to type adjustments.
- Procedures are automatically ordered based on the order of their creation. Select the Order field to customize what order the procedures should be completed in.
- Use the Active toggle to set a procedure as active or inactive.
- Select the trashcan icon to Delete a procedure.
- If procedures have been added to an intervention strategy, users can track procedure participation alongside overall intervention participation when taking attendance. On the Interventions dashboard, as well as the eduCLIMBER launchpad, collected procedure participation data displays as a Procedures Completed visualization under the Implementation Fidelity widget.
- This filterable data helps portray how effective specific groups are in completing the procedures for specific strategies each day, and can drive further conversation into possible barriers of student achievement.
