Global Header Help Icon
A new question mark Help icon has been added to the global navigation header, intended to create a more intuitive process for finding help-related content. The Knowledge Base link and, for those with the appropriate permissions, the Chat with Us link have been moved from the profile menu to this Help menu. Users can select the Knowledge Base option to open a new tab to the eduCLIMBER help documentation, or the Chat with Us feature can be used to search for specific help articles or speak with a support agent.
