The following are datasets available to import via Assessment Data Imports (formerly State/Known Data Imports). Below are links to the assessments currently supported. These links represent the latest information available, though they may change. You can assist us by writing into support with any updated information.
The following are datasets available to upload via Assessment Data Uploads. If the file you received from the vendor does not match the format, please reach out to that vendor. Files that are created custom and/or are modified (opening a file in a computer application can modify it) may cause upload issues. If you have DnA and eduCLIMBER and upload a state/federal assessment through the Assessment Data Imports page in DnA, our data team can also bring those results over to eduCLIMBER for most assessments. Please write into support to request the assessments be sent to eduCLIMBER.
Districts with new files or formats for the below assessments can assist us by writing into support with any updated information. Additionally, districts with steps to obtain files for the below assessments that are not included in this help document can assist us by writing into support with that information.
Custom Importers: Those that are not National or Statewide and do not have a data layout file, we will look to add these to our roadmap for future considerations.
Obtaining the Data Document
The file access directions will help you understand where you can obtain the latest files for the assessment. If available, select the link on the assessment title to access. Please note the "Last Updated On Date." Vendors change methods of accessing files all the time, and we may not have the latest information. If the method shown does not appear to work, please reach out to the vendor to understand how to obtain the latest files. Then, please contact eduCLIMBER support with your findings, so that you can help other districts obtain the same information.
