Incident Codes are one of the Key Performance Indicators, or KPIs, available to add to the District Dashboard. When an incident code KPI is added to the District Dashboard, a visualization indicating the total number of that code for all incident types displays. The Incident Type provides a visualization for several codes, such as all Major incidents, but Incident Codes allow for a visualization as it relates to a specific type of Major Incident, like Bullying. This lesson guides users through enabling Incident Code KPIs.

Where to Start
- Go to System Configuration.
- Select Incidents.
- Choose Types.
Incident Codes
- Select an Incident Type from the list.
- Select Codes to view all Incident Codes that fall within the Type.
- Toggle on KPI for the desired Codes. Visualizations are automatically added to the current year's District Dashboard.
